During play, the double zippers remain tightly closed, preventing children from colliding with the zipper gaps while jumping. The reinforced safety buckle securely locks the zippers, preventing the safety net from accidentally opening even during vigorous jumping, completely eliminating the risk of children slipping through the fence. Furthermore, the safety net is constructed from high-strength, tightly woven PE (polyethylene) material and reinforced with triple stitching, resulting in tear resistance far exceeding industry standards. Even with long-term use, the mesh deformation and stitching are less likely to become loose, ensuring the product's longevity and safety are maintained.

For example, the FJ-14FT model has frame tubes measuring φ38 × 1.3 mm, and legs measuring φ38 × 1.0 mm. Furthermore, the mat features 8 rows of stitching, a higher density and stronger strength than the typical 4-6 rows of stitching in the industry. The springs are the core source of a trampoline's elasticity, and their performance directly determines the jumping experience. The Funjump trampoline is equipped with 80 heat-tempered, double-sided galvanized springs (FJ-14FT model) measuring 120mm–180mm. The heat-tempered process ensures excellent spring recovery, ensuring a gentle and stable bounce when children jump. This prevents injuries caused by too firm springs or the enjoyment of too soft springs. The double-sided galvanizing treatment also provides excellent rust resistance, effectively protecting the springs from rain and moisture, even when exposed to the elements. It features an EPE foam padding on the inside and a PVC coating on the outside. The EPE foam pad is soft and has excellent cushioning properties, effectively absorbing the impact of accidental collisions and preventing injuries. The PVC coating offers excellent UV resistance, preventing aging and damage from prolonged exposure to sunlight. It also acts as a waterproof barrier, preventing moisture absorption and mold.
