The frame, as the core support structure of a trampoline, directly determines its stability and longevity. The Funjump trampoline's frame tubes are galvanized internally and externally, constructed from high-quality steel measuring 38 x 1.4 mm. This galvanized coating effectively isolates air, moisture, and corrosive substances, significantly enhancing the frame's rust resistance. Even under prolonged outdoor exposure to harsh conditions like rain and UV rays, it effectively slows rust and extends the product's lifespan. The 1.4 mm tube wall thickness, thicker than typical trampolines, significantly enhances the frame's load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation, easily withstanding the various stresses of daily use and providing a solid foundation for the trampoline's overall structural stability. Whether children's lively leaps or adults' moderate use, the frame remains stable and unshaken, ensuring safety.
To further enhance the trampoline's stability, the model features six U-shaped feet. The legs are also galvanized inside and out, measuring φ38 x 1.0 mm. The U-shaped feet provide a larger contact area with the ground, evenly distributing the trampoline's weight and the pressure generated by the user. This effectively reduces the ground's load per unit area and minimizes the trampoline's wobbling during use. Even on uneven outdoor surfaces, the six U-shaped feet can be adjusted to achieve a better grounding effect, enhancing the trampoline's overall balance. Furthermore, the galvanized legs are rust-resistant and complement the frame, creating a stable and reliable support system for users to jump with greater peace of mind.
Safety is paramount when using a trampoline, and the design of the jumping mat and spring cover directly affects the safety of the user's feet. The Funjump trampoline features meticulous attention to detail in its design, ensuring a seamless fit between the jumping mat and spring cover. The mat is constructed from 260g PP, offering excellent UV resistance and resisting aging and fading during outdoor use. It is also highly resilient and wear-resistant, capable of withstanding the impact of repeated jumping. The spring cover is constructed from a composite of 280g/m² PVC, 10mm EPE, and 120g/m² PE. This three-layer material not only provides excellent cushioning but also effectively encases the trampoline's 108 springs (steel wire gauge: φ3.1 x 178mm). This snug fit eliminates the risk of users' feet or toes becoming trapped in the springs during jumping, eliminating safety hazards. Furthermore, the spring cover's soft and flexible material provides cushioning and protection against accidental contact, further enhancing safety.
Funjump features a specially widened design for the 16-foot trampoline, significantly increasing the jumping surface. This wider jumping area not only allows users greater freedom of movement, reduces the risk of collisions when multiple users are using the trampoline simultaneously, and enhances both enjoyment and comfort, but also reduces the risk of falls due to limited jumping range. Whether children are playing on the trampoline or adults are enjoying a moderate workout, the wider jumping area better meets the needs of various users. Furthermore, the 180 cm high fence and 24 galvanized (φ25 x 1.0 mm) rails provide comprehensive safety protection, further ensuring user safety and a more enjoyable jumping experience.
- 1Attach all the top rails to form a large circle. Joining the last link may require two people. The second person should hold the opposite side, while you bring both ends of the circle together.
- 2Attach all leg supports you assembled in STEP 1 to the top frame.
- 3With stitching portion facing down, lay jumping mat inside frame and attach a spring into one of the triangle rings on the mat. Then attach the other end of the spring to the frame. Attach the remaining springs until all springs are attached onto the frame.
- 4Lay the cover pads on the outer edge so the springs are covered, attach the cover pads by means of straps on the springs.
- 5Insert two screws into the holes of pole, and seal it with wrench. Repeat for all poles. All poles are attached into the legs.
- 6Put the safety net on the pole and pull the safety net gently till the end of the pole, and repeat for all. Attach the hooks to the nearest triangle ring of the mat, repeat for all the rest. Zip the entrance close, and fasten all the entrance hooks. Supervisors must re-zip and re-hook all the entrance hooks securely before jumping begins.
