A: The jumping mat is made of 260g UV-resistant PP and can withstand daily outdoor sunlight. However, long-term exposure to heavy rain, high temperatures, and direct sunlight may accelerate aging. We recommend covering it with a dust cover or storing it indoors after outdoor use.

Q3: If the bungee cord becomes loose after a period of use, can it be replaced?

A: Yes. We offer wholesale bungee cord accessories. Replacement is simple: simply remove the old cord and install a new one in its place. We recommend inspecting and replacing the bungee cord every 1-2 years based on frequency of use to ensure optimal rebound performance.

Q4: Does the product include installation instructions? Do you provide assembly guidance for wholesale customers? 

A: Each trampoline comes with illustrated, multilingual installation instructions (including English, Spanish, and French). We also provide wholesale customers with an electronic installation tutorial and online guidance to assist end-users with installation issues.

Q5: The packaging is in a brown carton. Can we customize the logo or packaging design?
