Core Material Rust-Proof Treatment: The frame tubes and legs are double-galvanized inside and out, creating a tight protective layer from the inside out. This effectively blocks moisture, salt, and corrosive gases, addressing the rust and short lifespan of traditional trampolines. Specialized Protective Components: The spring cover is constructed of 280 g/m² PVC, which is not only waterproof and wear-resistant but also protects the springs from direct environmental damage. The internal 10 mm EPE cushioning layer and 120 g/m² PE lining work together to enhance safety while further strengthening the overall corrosion resistance and extending the product's lifespan.
UV-Proof Design: The jumping mat is made of UV-resistant PP material, professionally tested to resist aging and fading caused by prolonged sunlight exposure. This ensures the trampoline retains its excellent elasticity and appearance even in outdoor exposure, reducing maintenance costs.
High-Strength Frame Structure: The frame tubes are φ38×1.2mm. The increased diameter and thickened wall significantly enhance the overall load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance, easily handling the pressure of multiple users simultaneously and preventing safety hazards caused by frame bending.
Reliable Leg Support: Three φ38×1.0mm galvanized legs, arranged in a triangular pattern, form a stable support system. This effectively distributes the trampoline's weight and enhances grip on the ground, keeping it stable even during intense bounces and preventing tipping.
High-Quality Springs and Fence: Equipped with 48 φ3.0×140mm steel wire springs, they offer uniform elasticity and strong rebound, ensuring a comfortable jumping experience while maintaining a secure connection to the frame. The 150cm-high fence is supported by 12 φ25×1.0mm galvanized rods. The tight and sturdy fence provides comprehensive protection for users, especially children.
